Red Tents - Women's Circles

The red tent is a sacred, secret and protected space where women of all ages can meet, feel welcomed for who they are, a place to honor themselves, celebrate rites of passage and the seasons. , to (re) connect to your cycle and that of Nature.

We take our places on the ground, in a circle where we are all at the same level. We express our point of view without filters, in the security of being heard.

We exchange our knowledge, pay attention, listen. Any spontaneous impulse is welcome: laughing, singing, crying, meditating, telling stories, breastfeeding, exchanging small gifts.

We take the time to observe ourselves and the world around us, to listen to our body, our thoughts, intuitions and emotions and thus bring our deepest values and needs to life. Together we fuel awareness, self-esteem, joy and confidence.

Each woman enriches the meetings with her own presence.

Each red tent is different from the other. At each meeting we offer moments of reflection and discussion, but above all we want to leave the participants free to express themselves and in turn suggest themes or initiatives. Discussions will be followed by practical workshops (sacred songs, drum circles, guided or shamanic meditations, sacred breathing, etc.)
