WHAT IS DRUM MEDITATION?

 

Drum meditation © is a sacred experience of reconnection with oneself and the Universe, supported by the presence of a group and led by an expert facilitator. It is a simple experience and accessible to everyone, even those who do not believe they can play, keep the rhythm or meditate.

 

No specific skills are required; only the desire to communicate with ourselves, the others and the world with respect and tolerance is required. Meditation is facilitated by the rhythmic sound of the drum which allows participants to change the level of perception, to travel in reality not ordinary spiritual world where each participant can meet their spiritual guides and explore other dimensions towards a new self-awareness and increased inner harmony.

 

Drum meditation © brings many benefits to our psycho-physical health: stress reduction, creative expression, well-being…

Everything is dazzling outside and I, I see a World of Colors .

 

Behind the drops of the winter mist, I glimpse the light which is beginning to shine, and as if by magic, a rainbow appears before my eyes ...

 

I then decide to explore it, to venture on this floating bridge which allows me to walk between Earth and Heaven, and that's where I see it: a snake-python which pours rain on the earth sun, millions of drops ... each unique and different from the others ...

 

I linger with the serpent, he who dispenses knowledge and fruitfulness to the earth and its inhabitants by its lightning and its horage, it which potentially contains all ancestral beings and all their powers ...

 

I will then let my body of spiritual rapture ally with my body of transformation, to learn the patience and wisdom of the chameleon, to put in the most righteous acts and words and then let the transformations of my existence reveal themselves naturally .
