Code of ethics

The following has been agreed.

The intention of this ethical charter is to offer a uniform and ethical working framework for all shamanic practitioners / shamans of the network of the European Shamanic Federation, in order to preserve the integrity and the good reputation of shamanism in the eyes of the public. .

This charter is established with the aim of registering the shamanic practitioner / shaman in the Federation's database and in a list including shamans and shamanic practitioners, which will be made public on the Federation's website and possibly in any other medium. . The shamanic practitioner / shaman gives his consent to The Federation to use his personal data in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the RGDP.

The denominations Fédération Chamanique Européenne asbl, FCE and Shamanika and its logo cannot be used in any case without the permission of the representatives of the association. The shamanic practitioner / shaman undertakes to practice on behalf of the Federation only the activities previously agreed. The goal is for people to know who is the source of the lessons, services or products offered. The shamanic practitioner / shaman who has signed this partnership agreement and in order of annual subscription is authorized and is required to publish the names mentioned and the logo as part of all his shamanic activities.

The activities carried out by the shamanic practitioner / shaman in the name and on behalf of the Federation will be covered by insurance, which the association undertakes to subscribe and renew. At any time, the practitioner may request a copy of the conditions of the insurance contract.

The shamanic practitioner / shaman will not make the Federation and / or its representatives responsible for his illnesses, injuries, or other complaints, both physical and psychological, alleging adverse effects, as a consequence of activities carried out in the name and on behalf of The Federation. .

The shaman practitioner / shaman undertakes to integrate the energy and protocols of shamanism by completing a complete cycle of shamanic training of at least 3 years organized by a recognized shaman, or by completing the 3 years of training in shamanism transcendental organized by La Fédération. He also undertakes to participate in meetings, internships and training provided outside of said annual training or organized by shamanic practitioners registered in the Federation database or by shamans formally recognized as such. No participation in the activities or training of the Federation is compulsory for the finalization of this charter in the case where the shamanic practitioner / shaman follows training or courses offered by recognized shamans.

The shaman can present himself with such a denomination only after having been recognized as such by at least two other confirmed shamans. Until formal shamanic recognition, the practitioner may present himself as a “shamanic practitioner” and he undertakes never to name himself shaman or pretend to be shaman, neither by giving this information, nor by omitting information.

CTF is a shamanic network that does not encourage the use of plants. The shamanic practitioner / shaman undertakes never to offer others the use of plants, neither in the context of the activities offered by the Federation, nor in other contexts.

The shamanic practitioner / shaman commits to a relationship of transparency, fairness and integrity with everyone met.

The shamanic practitioner / shaman undertakes to be humble and discerning in assessing his limits of action, and in the event that he cannot be of help, to send people who come to him to other trusted practitioners and / or shamans.

The shamanic practitioner / shaman cannot teach the techniques learned during training, meetings, ceremonies, internships, or activities organized by the Federation, nor transmit their content in any way whatsoever, except upon formal and written request from representatives of the Federation.

The shamanic practitioner / shaman undertakes to treat anyone who comes to him with the utmost respect and to refrain from judgment. He undertakes never to have behavior with a sexual connotation towards his clients, avoiding any contact with erogenous zones.

The shamanic practitioner / shaman undertakes not to ask anyone to interrupt other treatments or therapies that he is undergoing, but on the contrary he will encourage him to always consult a doctor for any physical issues.

The shamanic practitioner / shaman undertakes to refrain from any form of diagnosis or prognosis, avoiding any comments on the treatments given by other professionals. He undertakes to submit to the rule of professional secrecy.

Given the speed with which consciousness and energy change on the Planet, it may be that in the future there is a need to update the practitioner's knowledge to improve his practice, which could lead to a modification of this agreement. .

The shamanic practitioner / shaman may, at his request, appear on the website of the European Shamanic Federation (www.shamanika.org) following presentation of a presentation text, contact data and one or more photos representative. The Federation retains the right to modify all or part of the description provided. Shamanic practitioners / shamans will be inserted on the site in alphabetical order and classified by reference area. Only shamans who, on their honor, give proof (even verbally) of their recognition by two pairs, will be indicated on the site as such. If a practitioner calls himself a shaman without being disgraced, he will be immediately removed from the database and the collaboration will be automatically canceled.

The Federation and the shamanic practitioner / shaman undertake to cooperate with kindness and honesty, and to communicate in order to inform and help people who approach it towards their steps of personal and spiritual evolution.

The shamanic practitioner / shaman undertakes never to discredit by his words or deeds the European Shamanic Federation, or any of its representatives.
