Every shaman feels the call of his drum, this drum which asks him to be created by his own hands ...

Any shamanic practitioner, sooner or later, will build his own drum, ask a craftsman to create it for him, or meet him on his way ...

 

Whatever path our Drum will take to reach us, the beat of our Drum is the beat of our heart, the heart of our mother Earth, who accompanies us in a concert with the Universe. It is he who guides us, with his teachings, in our quest with the Sacred, on a journey to the depth of being, to the essence of I Am. It is with him that we sing, we connect to infinity, we thank.

 

If you decide to come and create your drum , it is a real initiation journey to which you are approaching. The intention which animates you will guide you step by step during the realization, in a process of creation and co-creation in connection with the spirit of the animal which decided to connect with you.

 

Born by the alliance of materials and spirits, the drum will be the messenger of your soul . Its frame, combining the being and the little-bend, will be encircled by an animal skin having been respected during its embodied life. The tightening pattern will be chosen with the help of your spiritual masters and shaped by your own hands. After a baptism of soul and spirit, his heart will let out the sounds, the vibrations and the rhythms necessary for your celebrations, your healings, your transformations.

 

In practice: the construction of the shamanic drum and its flap will last 2 and a half days: we meet on the evening of the first day to come into contact with the spirit of the animal, choose the frame and the skin, understand the shaping of our drum and cut the skins, which will spend a night in a cozy bath. The next two days, we will build our drum and its mallet according to our own rhythm, we will learn the teachings, we will tame it and we will live an initiation ceremony to celebrate its birth.
